Returns & Exchanges

At Dodo Baby, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. A 30-day return and exchange window for all items (excluding personalized items, which are final sale).

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can choose to return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date and receive a full refund, minus a $7 shipping fee.

If you wish to make a return, use our Return Management System. After you initiate the return process, we will provide you with a shipping label to send back your merchandise.

*Kindly be informed that refunds for returns will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receiving the merchandise.

In case you would like to exchange your item for a different product, we provide the option to exchange for the full credit amount. You can use this credit towards a new purchase on our website.

To initiate an exchange, please use our  Return Management System.  Once you have started the exchange process, we will send you a shipping label to facilitate the exchange of your items.

**The exchange credit will only be issued after we receive the item and confirm that it is unworn and in its original condition.

Please note that any personalized items are non-refundable and considered final sale.
